Rain or Shine, Idita-Walk

This will be our 6th year to do the Idita-Walk.
We have to walk 1049 minutes during February and March.
It's a good incentive to get outside, when the weather is not so nice.

Today, we walked past some chickens with big heads!

Tegan wants to meet a chicken.

Good walk today, almost halfway there!

Walk On,
Wyatt, Tegan and Samson

  3. That is a pawsome challenge. We want to know why all these walking challenges take place over the couple months it is really hard to get to walk every day! Lady estimates that if the weather is cooperative we walk that much in about 37 days (and by cooperative we mean above -20C/-4F and it isn't too icy).

  4. Somehow we think the Idit-a-walk would stop for no weather conditions. But you know humans. Glad they're up to the challenge.

  9. Mom's phone says we walked 13,509 steps today. How many is that in dog-steps? Do I multiply by 4??

  18. We used to do the IditaWalk too, but Mom's turned into a major slug and didn't want to walk in the snow and rain. Glad you guys are doing it. Looks like fun in Oregon!
