Wyatt's "easy" Pumpkins

Pumpkin decorating tips from Wyatt!

TIP #1
If you are all paws with the carving knife and you like to EAT your pumpkin after Halloween....

Just get some sticky beaded letters and crafty things from the craft store and "stick it" to your pumpkin!

Wyatt's TIP #2
Cut a hole in the top, scoop out the seeds.
Stuff a small mason jar with fall flowers in the pumpkin.

Don't forget to roast the seeds in the oven, for a yummy "Mom" snack!

Can I eat them now?

Going to Cabelas

The folks have been promising Stanzie and I, a visit to the new Cabelas in Tualatin,OR.
Bunny from 'Tales and Tails' told us that "well behaved" dogs on a leash can shop there!

Maybe, we can get in anyway.....
C'mon Stanzie! Let's go see the BIG BEAR!

"BOW WOW"
"Ferocious!"

But, what is even more fascinating are these camo hats with fur lining!
We'll take a dozen!!

Stanzie does not care for the bear.....

Stanzie is bored with the deer.....

We both really liked the Coyote.
I barked at him.
Stanzie had to explain to me why he did not bark back.

We bought some dog treats.
Mom is coming back for boots.
Dad likes Everything.

Our Cabelas review: 8 paws UP!

Autumn Airedale

The nice thing about being black and tan,
I look good in Autumn Colors!

Nice in Red

Stunning in Orange and Yellow

But, all I can think about is going for a swim the minute this bandage comes off my foot!
Oh, how I have missed my pond!!

Still Smiling!

Stanzie and I both went to the dog doctor today.
Stanzie is happy to report that for a senior Aire-Girl who is going to be 13 years old on December 3rd, she is doing pretty darn good!
There are a few more lumps and bumps, but non-cancerous lumps.
She still has not lost those 5 pounds...but she hasn't gained any and she blames the heavy harness and leash for throwing the scales off!

My goal was to get out of the splint and be free.
I did get out of the splint and right into a soft wrap bandage.
If all goes well this week, then around the 29th, I will be free!
I'm still smiling!

Now, we are going to eat pears and make pie!
More Smiles!

The Final Days....

Well, I pretty much missed the "Dog Days" of Summer!
No swimming, no running, no walks with my friends.......all that is left is a few rotten tomatoes!
BUT....
As I spy the neighbor's chickens from my restrictive leash and bagged foot....
I have hope!

The vet will be X-raying my toe next week #9
If, it looks better than the X-ray of week #6,  I can get out of the splint and maybe be more FREE to BE ME!

Paws Crossed for Freedom,
Wyatt

Grandma Lucy's and Chewy.com

WAKE UP STANZIE!!
It's time to review some treats from Chewy.com

Stanzie does love her pumpkin!

Grandma Lucy's Dog Treats
Cute little Bear Shapes....they look like Teddy Grahams.
Teddy Grahams

Mom ate a couple...HeeHee.
She said they have sugar in them and they taste like Teddy Grahams too.

All things in moderation...1 for Mom, 1 for Stanzie, 1 for Wyatt!

Thanks Chewy,
